Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order online by signing in to MY ACCOUNT and then clicking "Order History".

For all faulty, damaged or incorrect item(s) received, please contact our customer care team who will check your order details and resolve the issue. A return and refund will only be considered if the item(s) are deemed damaged or faulty.

Choose from a wide selection of our ready to go beauty & skincare gift sets, or you can put your own gift together with a selection of products of your choice. After you have completed your shopping, you can select to send your order fully gift wrapped (we will use a luxury gift box depending on the size of your order) by simply choosing our gift wrapping option at the checkout.

Please note, if you request for your order to be sent gift wrapped you will not be able to check the contents of the boxes or bags. You can also add a gift message and any additional packing requests to your order, and send it straight to the reciptient!

If your order is confirmed, we are unable to change your order.
